Kacper Czwarno is a Polish student with a strong interest in international relations, diplomacy, European affairs, and international security. He has experience in diplomatic simulations, international negotiations, committee moderation, and youth civic initiatives. He has been involved in educational and diplomatic projects, including the Forum of Young Diplomats, where he facilitates workshops focused on diplomacy, negotiation, and public policy. He has also supported international delegations at the Grodzisk Mazowiecki City Hall, providing organizational assistance and interpretation during cooperation with foreign partner cities. Kacper is currently gaining experience as an intern within the Organizing Team of the Warsaw Security Forum, supporting the preparation and coordination of one of Central Europe's leading international conferences dedicated to security and foreign policy. Alongside his academic interests, he is involved in event organization, institutional partnerships, fundraising, and stakeholder relations. His interests include European integration, international diplomacy, geopolitical affairs, and the role of young people in international relations.
