Karl Agell is an analyst at the Stockholm Free World Forum, focusing on foreign and security policy. He holds a bachelor's and a master's degree from the Swedish Defence University's military history program, and his interests span defense and security policy broadly, with a particular focus on strategic deterrence, nuclear weapons, and NATO. He served as scenario author and game master for the National Swedish Policygames, a competitive policy simulation for students across Sweden. Karl has previous experience from the Folke Bernadotte Academy and the Swedish Defence Research Agency, and is also active as vice chair of the non-profit association Utrikespolitisk Afton (Foreign Policy Eve).
