International policy strategist, digital diplomacy expert, and corporate management executive specializing in public policy analysis, strategic market dialogue, and cross-border commercial relations.
His public sector and international career includes serving as Head of the Political Cabinet of the Polish Ministry of Digital Affairs (2023–2025), where he coordinated digital diplomacy, market consultations, and strategic technology investments. In European policy, he spent seven years working in Brussels for the Party of European Socialists (2016–2023), conducting public policy analysis across eleven Central and Eastern European countries and liaising with European Commissioners, national government officials, and non-governmental institutions.
Earlier in his career, he served as managing director and marketing director in the private sector, specializing in commercial negotiations and international management practices. He holds a degree from the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw and an Executive MBA from the Warsaw School of Management.
