A Canadian management consultant, technology transformation specialist, and public sector executive who serves as a Partner in PwC Canada's Government and Public Sector practice, acting as Lead Client Partner for Defence in Canada and PwC's Global Government Defence Leader.
In her executive advisory capacity, she counsels Canada's Department of National Defence (DND) and the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) on digital modernization, cyber and security, data and artificial intelligence, decision advantage, and in-service support. Her work involves supporting Canada's defense industrial base ramp-up and collaborating across domestic and allied defense ecosystems to assist Canadian industry in pursuing dual-use and defense opportunities aligned with DND priorities.
Her technical domain expertise focuses on large-scale, technology-enabled transformation, aligning strategy with execution, and modernizing core operations through Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), data, and digital capabilities. With over 25 years of professional experience across public administration and the private sector, her prior career includes executive appointments at Fortune 100 companies as well as serving as Assistant Deputy Minister with the Government of Alberta, where she directed a government-wide SAP S/4HANA cloud transformation standardizing corporate services across 21 ministries.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in International Development Studies from the University of Calgary, an E-Business Management Certificate from the C. T. Bauer College of Business, executive education credentials from the Ivey Academy, and is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
