Polish three-star general, military strategist, and transformation expert specializing in defense modernization, multinational force integration, NATO operational standards, and expeditionary command.
His military career spans over three decades of command and senior staff service within the Polish Armed Forces and NATO multilateral structures. He previously served as Chief of Staff at Allied Joint Force Command Brunssum (JFC Brunssum), Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces (2018–2020), and Deputy Commander of Multinational Corps Northeast, where he directed the implementation of NATO’s enhanced Forward Presence (eFP) and NATO Force Integration Units (NFIU) on the eastern flank. His extensive international operational record includes serving as Chief of Operations for the Multinational Division Central-South in Iraq, UNMIK liaison officer in Kosovo, and commander of engineering sub-units in the UNIFIL mission in Lebanon.
He holds a Doctorate in Social Sciences (Defense Studies) from the National Defence University in Warsaw, where he also completed his military degree studies. He is a graduate of the Officers' School of Military Engineers in Wrocław, the Canadian Forces College in Toronto (National Security Studies), and the NATO Defense College in Rome (Ambassadors and Flag Officers Course). He is the recipient of numerous national and international decorations, including the Gold Cross of Merit, the U.S. Joint Service Commendation Medal, the Italian Interforce Medal of Honor, and the Ukrainian Badge of Honor.
