Polish military officer, computer scientist, and defense technologist specializing in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity architecture, decision support systems, and military IT infrastructure.
His distinguished career in military academia, defense technology, and cyber defense includes serving as Deputy Commander of the Cyber Defence Forces Component (2022–2026), Deputy Director of the National Cyber Security Centre (until 2021), and Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Cybernetics at the Military University of Technology (2017–2020). As an IT architect and academic researcher, he has led advanced R&D projects in decision support, computer simulation, and biomedical applications of AI, while teaching over two dozen specialized modules in software engineering and cybersecurity.
Promoted to Brigadier General in 2023, he holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Doctorate with distinction in AI and semantic analysis from the Faculty of Cybernetics at the Military University of Technology, as well as postgraduate credentials in defense policy from the War Studies University. He is the recipient of numerous national and international scientific awards, as well as high state and military honors, including the Gold Cross of Merit, the Military Cross of Merit, and the Gold Medal of Merit for National Defence.
