He served as Prime Minister from 2019 to 2020, during which he initiated land, healthcare, and educational reforms, oversaw the unbundling of Naftogaz, advanced privatization frameworks, and launched early national digital transformation initiatives. Following the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, he contributed to defense and technology strategy as an adviser to the Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, Chair of the Supervisory Board of Aerorozvidka, and Chair of the Expert Council for the 412th Nemesis unit, focusing on drone warfare and rapid deployment capabilities. He holds Master's degrees in Law and Public Administration, with research focused on global security, defense technology, and post-war reconstruction.
