International professional with over 15 years of experience in policy reform, governance, and anti-corruption, focusing on integrity and transparency in the economic, defense, and security sectors.
Her background in public administration and civil society includes serving as Director at Ukraine’s Ministry of Economic Development and Trade from 2015 to 2017, where she coordinated over $12 billion in international assistance, created the openaid.gov.ua foreign aid tracking platform, and launched major reform programs, including BRDO (Better Regulation Delivery Office), TAPAS (e-governance and open data), and ULEAD with Europe. In the defense sector, she has contributed to defense procurement reforms, industry governance, the corporatization of the Ukrainian Defense Industry (UDI), the creation of the Defence Procurement Agency, and audits of state defense enterprises.
Following Russia’s full-scale invasion, she helped establish the Anti-Corruption Council at the Ministry of Defence and co-founded the Public Council on Sanction Policy under the Office of the President of Ukraine, working to identify sanction loopholes and curb the war economy. Her governance experience includes serving on the Board of Hromadske Television, the Steering Committee of the B4Ukraine coalition, and managing integrity standards in cooperation with international partners such as Transparency International.
