Defence procurement executive and public policy administrator specializing in military acquisition, international defense trade, aerospace sustainment, and cyber security risk management.
Her public service career spans nearly two decades of executive experience within the Canadian Federal Public Service, including serving as Assistant Deputy Minister of Defence and Marine Procurement, where she led major air, land, space, and naval acquisitions. She previously served as Director General of Defence Procurement at the Embassy of Canada to the United States (2019–2023), overseeing Foreign Military Sales acquisitions, and as Senior Director of the Future Fighter Capability Project (2015–2019) to replace Canada's CF-18 fleet.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master's degree in Public Administration, holds certifications in Cyber Security Risk Management from HarvardX and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and received the Commander of the Royal Canadian Air Force’s Commendation in 2023.
