His executive career centers on leading ICEYE, which he co-founded in 2014 and serves as Chief Executive Officer. Under his direction, ICEYE developed the world’s first miniaturized SAR satellite technology and built the largest operational SAR satellite constellation, providing high-revisit Earth observation data for defense, intelligence, and emergency response sectors. Prior to founding ICEYE, he conducted research on wireless sensor networks at the VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland and led the onboard data handling development for Aalto-1, Finland’s first nanosatellite.
He completed studies in Electrical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology and graduate coursework in Radio Science and Engineering at Aalto University. He was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2018 for achievements in aerospace technology.
