His executive and operational career includes serving as Vice President of Integrated Customer Solutions at Pratt & Whitney, where he directs global business development and aftermarket support for military propulsion systems. He previously served as Vice President of Fixed-Wing Aircraft at Boeing Defense, Space & Security. During his 35-year military career, he served as the 21st Deputy Chairman of the NATO Military Committee, commanded multiple operational wings, groups, and squadrons, and logged over 3,000 flight hours (including 600 combat hours). His senior military staff appointments span positions on the Joint Staff, Air Staff, and international coalition commands.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree (magna cum laude) from the United States Air Force Academy, Master’s degrees from the University of Strasbourg and the National War College, and executive education credentials from Harvard University and the Argentine Air War College. He serves as a Senior Mentor at the NATO Defense College and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
