His senior military career encompasses key leadership and staff appointments, including serving as Assistant to the Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces for the Polish Navy, Deputy Inspector of the Navy, Head of the Armament Directorate at the General Command of the Armed Forces, Deputy Commander of the Maritime Operations Center, and Commander of the 3rd Ship Flotilla in Gdynia.
Educated at the Naval Academy, his early naval career was spent in the 2nd Missile and Torpedo Boat Division of the 3rd Ship Flotilla, where he served as both deputy commander and commanding officer of the ORP Górnik, alongside various staff and command roles.
