Khrystyna Holynska is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Pardee RAND Graduate School and an Assistant Policy Researcher at the RAND Corporation. Her dissertation research focuses on using narrative red teaming to effectively prebunk and counter Russia’s strategic narratives. Originally from Ukraine, Khrystyna has a Ph.D. in political science from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and an M.B.A.+M.B.A.I. from Kyiv School of Economics.
