Dr. Joanna Maćkowiak-Pandera - founder and president of the Energy Forum think tank. She specializes in European energy and climate regulations, energy markets, renewable energy resources and energy transition challenges. In the past, among other things, she worked for the Danish corporation DONG Energy (now Orsted), as well as in public administration: as Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Environment responsible for climate and environmental negotiations and - as an associate of Prof. Nowicki, Minister of Environment and President - she was in charge of climate negotiations during the COP 14 conference in Poznań. She has authored and co-authored numerous publications on energy, energy markets and energy modernization.
