Greg Rattray is Partner and Co-Founder of Next Peak LLC, and the Executive Director of the Cyber Defense Assistance Collaborative (CDAC) for Ukraine. Greg previously served as the Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at JPMorgan Chase, where he drove one of the largest global corporate cyber defense uplift programs. He headed JPMC’s Global Cyber Partnership program for cybersecurity policy development with industry partners, clients, government agencies and global organizations. Under that program, Greg led the establishment and served as first Co-President of the Financial Systemic Analysis and Resilience Center (FSARC), a private-public initiative to address systemic cyber risks to the financial system and enhance the level of operational collaboration. He also drove key industry cyber security initiatives including Sheltered Harbor, a program that addresses data resiliency, and the Financial Sector Cybersecurity Profile, which establishes a foundational expectation regarding cybersecurity practices for firms and regulators.

Prior to joining JPMC, Greg was founding partner and CEO of Delta Risk LLC. He served as the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) Chief Internet Security Advisor from 2007-2010. Greg retired from the US Air Force in 2007 as a Colonel after 23 years including as Director for Cybersecurity in the White House and commanding the Operations Group of the Air Force Information Warfare Center responsible for cyber operations and defending against cyber threats. He pioneered Department of Defense (DoD) and US national cyber exercise programs and initiated the Air Force and DoD partnership with defense industry. Greg is a thought leader, author, and currently an adjunct professor at Columbia University.
