Adela Maria Șerban is a military officer, currently working in the field of emergency situations as a legal advisor within the General Aviation Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Romania. She is a law graduate and has a master's degree in international relations and organizations in contemporary law. She has also completed various courses on human rights, as well as a strategic communication program run by the European Security and Defense College, which broadened her knowledge. Her job involves representing the institution's interests both in terms of the relations it establishes with other national or international authorities and private companies, as well as in the relations it establishes with citizens.
