Hubert is a qualified lawyer specialising in climate issues and also holds an MBA. He is in charge of international projects for the Campus Polska Foundation. He has also been a contributor to the Civic Institute, a think-tank of the Civic Platform (EPP). He is a Leadership Member of the NDI-based European Democracy Youth Network, elected to represent all EU countries. His diverse experience includes being the first vice-president of the European Democrat Students (EDS), youth rights expert in the European Youth Forum and graduate of the US Congressional Office for the International Leadership scholarship. Hubert's past roles also include the European Parliament and the European Committee of the Regions.
