Victoria Voytsitska is the ICUV Energy Expert and Advocacy Director, as well as a Board Member of the Ukrainian NGO “Anti-corruption Action Center.” She served as a Member of Parliament of Ukraine from 2014 to 2019 and was the Secretary of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy, and Nuclear Safety. Voytsitska played a key role in reforms of the Ukrainian energy sector, including the laws on the gas sector and independent energy regulation. Known for her anti-oligarch stance, she opposed the growing influence of oligarchs in the oil and gas industries. Her professional experience includes senior roles as an auditor and financial director at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Concorde Capital. She is an Edmund S. Muskie fellow, earned her MBA in International Finance from Brandeis International Business School, and worked as a Fundraising Events Coordinator at Harvard University. Victoria has been recognized as one of the top 100 most successful women in Ukraine by Novoye Vremya and Focus magazines.
