Marlena Blicharz

Marlena Blicharz obtained her PhD in security sciences at War Studies University in 2019. She is a graduate of University of Warsaw (MA in management), National Defence University (BA&MA in national security), European Academy of Diplomacy (Academy of Young Diplomats, specialization: international security) and Foreign Policy Study at The Polish Institute for International Affairs. During her studies she obtained scholarships for academic exchange at Masaryk University (Czechia), University of Porto (Portugal) and Yeungnam University (Republic of Korea).

Marlena has more than 7 years of experience in the international cooperation and internationalisation of education. Since 2021 listed by the Foundation for the Development of the Education System the external expert in the area of higher education. She currently works as an adjunct, her academic interest is focused on East Asia, particularly the Korean Peninsula.
