Daniel Boniecki is the leader of the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology Practice for Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at McKinsey & Company. Based in Warsaw, he served as the managing partner for McKinsey in Poland from 2011 to 2015. He specializes in strategy, large-scale transformation programs, network operations, and advanced analytics. His work includes guiding transformations for mobile operators, developing governance rules for state-owned enterprises, and supporting market leaders in telecom. Daniel Boniecki joined McKinsey in 1994 and has worked from offices in London, Dubai, Moscow, and Warsaw. He holds an MBA from Harvard University, earned in 1998.
