Dabrowka Smolny has 8 years of experience in the defense industry which includes working on the air defense programs for the Polish Armed Forces. She also worked as the Advisor to the Board on the Dual-use Technology Programs at the largest defense company in Poland, Bumar. In the years 2014-2016 she worked as the Assistant Professor at the Institute of Strategy at the National Defense University (NDU) in Warsaw. At that time Dabrowka also served as Vice Dean for Student Affairs at the Faculty of National Security at NDU. Currently, she works as the Chief Specialist in the Strategic Analysis Department at the National Security Bureau. In 2012, Dabrowka was awarded with a doctoral degree in security sciences from the National Defense University in Warsaw. She is a graduate of the National Security Postgraduate Studies at the University of Warsaw as well as she holds a Master degree from the National Security Faculty of the National Defense University in Warsaw. In 2019, she has attended the ESDC Advanced Course for Political Advisors in EU Missions and Operations.
