Ros Eales became Director for Eastern Europe and Central Asia at the FCDO in August 2023. Ros has overall responsibility for Ukraine Recovery and Reconstruction, Ukraine Humanitarian and Programme work. Ros was Chief Operating Officer for COP-26 in 2020. Previously, Ros spent her career in the former Department for International Development (DFID), and occupied roles in other government departments. Ros was Director for International Relations at DFID between February 2020 and Oct 2020.
