Oleksandra Kobernik is a fellow at the German Marshall Fund of the United States and the Centre for Economic Strategy. She is working on the EU-funded project to set up an impartial monitoring system for civic oversight and participation in Ukraine's reconstruction. Oleksandra's professional experience includes work at the Committee on Foreign Affairs in the European Parliament's General Secretariat. Her educational background is in EU Law (KU Leuven) and International Business (University Erlangen-Nuremberg).
