Nada Kovalcikova

Program Manager, Alliance for Securing Democracy, GMFUS Brussels Office

Nada Kovalcikova holds a Master’s degree in Politics and Government, European Affairs, and in International Economic Relations from the Economic University in Bratislava and Sciences Po, and a Ph.D. in International Relations, with a major in security threats, from the Economic University in Bratislava.

Specializing in EU-NATO and transatlantic partnership, Ms. Kovalcikova holds expertise in informational threats to democracy. Her curriculum includes working in various institutions, such as NATO, French and Canadian embassies in Slovakia, the European Parliament, as well as NGOs & think-tanks such as the Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies and the German Marshall Fund in the United States.

Ms. Kovalcikova currently serves as a program manager at the Alliance for Securing Democracy in the GMF’s Brussels office.
