Jacek Lewandowski is the CEO of Ipopema Securities S.A. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, specializing in management. His professional experience includes positions at Commercial Union Polska S.A. (1994-95) and as a specialist in the Monetary Policy Department at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego S.A. (until 1996). From 1996 to 1998, he worked at Polski Bank Rozwoju S.A., and from August 1998 to April 2003, he served as Director of the Primary Market Department at BRE Bank's Investment House (formerly BRE Brokers Brokerage House). In May 2003, he founded Dom Inwestycyjny IPOPEMA S.A., followed by IPOPEMA Securities S.A. in 2005, where he has been CEO since March 2005. He briefly served as CEO of IPOPEMA Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. in 2007 and has been a member of its supervisory board since September 2007. Lewandowski is also a member of the Polish Business Council. With over 20 years of experience in the financial market, he has led advisory projects and capital transactions, including equity and debt issuances, both through public offerings (IPOs and SPOs) and private placements. His work has involved private company share issuances and large public privatization offers, as well as financial restructurings, convertible bond issuances, and M&A transactions.
