Dr. Bilyana Lilly, CISSP is a cybersecurity professional with over twenty years of managerial, technical and research experience. Dr. Lilly is a consultant to senior executives in the federal and commercial sector, and an adjunct researcher at the RAND Corporation. She is an advisor to the venture capital firm Night Dragon and the company RunSafe Security. Dr. Lilly previously worked as a director of security intelligence and geostrategy at the Krebs Stamos Group, as a manager at the financial cyber practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP, and as diplomatic trainee at the United Nations. She has a PhD and three master’s degrees, including a degree from Oxford University (honors). Dr. Lilly has written two books. Her second book on Russian Information Warfare became a best seller and is on display at the Pentagon. Dr. Lilly has been denounced by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
