Juli Lubonja joined the Albanian Ministry of Finance and Economy in 2009 and since then he serves as senior economist at the Macroeconomic Analysis and Policies Unit engaged totally with models and techniques to analyze and forecast the Albanian economy and addressing structural reforms for appropriate economic policies toward EU integration process. He has experience in the formulation of the strategic documents such as the Economic Reform Program, Public Finance Management Strategy and in drafting Multi- annual Action Plan for a Regional Economic Area in the Western Balkans (MAP), with a view to enable sustainable growth by fostering smart, inclusive and sustainable development in the region. In all assigned tasks, he has demonstrated a high professional level and strong interpersonal skills. Juli holds a BA in Business Informatics from University of Tirana and a joint MA in European Economic Studies from University of Tirana in collaboration with Bamberg University.
