George Melashvili is founder of the influential Europe-Georgia Institute, one of the leading civil society organizations in Georgia. Melashvili's accomplishments include heading the most successful GoTV campaign in Georgia “Your Voice, Our Future” and creation of the Black Sea Security conference, focusing on international security policy related to the Black Sea region. Melashvili authored "Korea: Success Story - lessons for Georgia", leading the discourse on applying Korea's success model to Georgia's security and development.
