Brig. Gen. Tadeusz Mikutel is the First Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Poland.

Brig. Gen. Mikutel can boast of 35 years of professional military service, thanks to the acquired skills, experience and acquired general and military knowledge, he held a number of responsible positions related to the management and command of units and tactical relationships of the Air Force.
