D. Matthew Millar is a former parliamentary journalist specialising in defence, international relations, and national security who has appeared on BBC, CNN, CCTV, NPR and TVP World. His work has been featured in The Guardian, New York Times, and National Post. He is an elected member of the IISS, RIIA (Chatham House), Royal Economic Society and RUSI who has been recognised as a rising leader as part of the MSC & Riga Conferences. He serves as Publisher and Associate Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Geoeconomics, and leads a corporation engaging in public-private cooperation and international trade on four continents.
