A highly motivated security & intelligence researcher, Mircea Stan conducted a Ph.D. thesis on the impact of KGB-GRU’s active measures program on Romania’s National Security. His studies at the European Security and Defense College in Brussels, and at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington DC (post-doctoral Studies) enabled him to develop strategies ensuring fluidity between profile institutions in Romania and beyond, as a Committee on Defense advisor.
