Captain Matthew Zalewski is a US Military Foreign Area Officer assigned as a student to the George C. Marshall Center (Germany). He is a graduate of the Seton Hall School of International Relations (United States) and Colorado State University (United States). He is currently a doctoral candidate in international relations at Salve Regina University (United States) and is writing his dissertation on the failure of the Intermarium Policy during the interwar period and its modern-day implications.
