WSF2015 Academic Partner: The University of National Defence
The Organizing Committee of the WSF is proud to introduce the University of National Defence which has become an academic partner of the Warsaw Security Forum 2015.
The University of National Defence is a modern research and educational centre subordinated to the Ministry of National Defence of the Republic of Poland which conducts research in the field of security as well as current analyses and strategic studies for the offices of the President of the Republic of Poland, Prime Minister, Ministry of National Defence and other public administration institutions. Students are prepared to work in state and local administration institutions, which are responsible for national security and crisis management system. The university includes one of the most modern in Europe and the only one in Poland War Games and Simulation Centre as well as the CBRN Centre, which are widely used in the didactic process. The university possesses professional laboratories and lecture rooms, 12 conference rooms, a multimedia library with about one million volumes, a TV studio, hotels and hostels able to accommodate 1000 students and guests, a modern academic canteen, a restaurant for 320 guests, two sport halls, an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a professional gym, a sports rifle-range and tennis courts.
WSF2024: Summary
The 11th edition of the Warsaw Security Forum (WSF), held on October 1-2, 2024, successfully brought together 2,600 participants from 90 countries, 30 governmental delegations, and over 250 speakers to address critical issues surrounding European and transatlantic security. With 1 million combined online views and over 14,000 live viewers, the WSF reaffirmed its importance as a leading platform for security dialogue in Europe.
