Warsaw Security Forum 2018 was officially opened by the President of the Board of the Casimir Pulaski Foundation Zbigniew Pisarski. In his speech Pisarski welcomed all ministers, ambassadors, military officials, partners and experts and thanked all for a joint effort that led – 5 year ago – to creating a unique platform for discussion in Poland on the most pressing security issues faced by NATO and EU member states.
